6 STEPS TO WELLBEING

Six steps to wellbeing is a school programme which has been designed and created by our school’s Healthy Minds champions.

The aims of the programme is to improve our pupil’s mental health. The Healthy Minds Champions have chosen six areas of wellbeing which we will focus on in school and at home.

The six steps are:

  1. Acceptance and belonging
  2. Kindness
  3. Doing what makes you happy
  4. Mindfulness
  5. Positive self-talk
  6. Being active
